Pacific Calm is a health club and spa based in California that caters to a female clientele. The spa offers yoga workshops and spa facilities with an emphasis on natural treatments.
I was inspired by the muted greens and blues of the Pacific Ocean to create a softer palette that would evoke a sense of calmness as promoted by the brand name.
The spa wanted to feature yoga in its branding. That led me to look at the warrior pose as a logo mark. I used the Golden Ratio for precise balance and structure while developing the logo.
The logo and brand colours were further used to develop advertising posters and digital images as well as promotional t-shirts and tote bags.
